DeLonghi KBE3014-2

Our chidren bought us this kettle and matching toaster more than a year ago which means warranty is now useless because the element has blown in the kettle. Not replaceable meaning kettle is only good for the bin. Not bad for a top of the range kettle costing £60.00 at the time. We will never buy Delonghi electrical goods again.

Bought toaster and kettle for stylish looks. After one year spout leaking hot water so managed to get it replaced. Now another year later the replacement kettle's element has packed in. I would never buy again and would never recommend to anyone - even though lots of comments about its attractiveness. Its really just flash trash.

Bought this kettle along with matching toaster, because it looked good! The kettle died on us 3 months in and was replaced. The new one leaks hot steam from the lid rim when boiling and can burn your hand. I am so fed up with it I am looking to buy another kettle today. ( Toaster is fine)

The DeLonghi KBE3014-2 has good style but bad build quality and design - leaks water from filter, Element failure just out of warrantee and is non replaceable. The kettle is scrap

I want to express my disappointment to DeLonghi direct, and ask WHY the matching toaster does not match? I specifically requested the gift of the matching pair, and this is now spoiled. I cannot, however, find a website with contact details for the manufacturers/distributors. Can anyone help?
