I Have Written To Them About The Breville Model Jk
I have written to them about the Breville model JK 98 and awaiting a reply, they are most welcome to come to my home and taste two different cups of coffee, this kettle is unusable and feel I should have a refund. This was bought about 2 weeks ago
I think I may have the answer as to why this problem has arisen , inside the kettle are two plastic rings that hold the water gauge in position and they are under the water line when the kettle is put on to boil, I feel they are producing this foul plastic taste and smell when heated up, unless you can tell me anything different.
