Samsung RW33EBSS

This product is designed to heat red wine and cool white wine, however although it was set for 18 degrees it never reached beyond 12 which was the ambient temperature of the room. There didn't seem to be any capability to warm the red wine within the appliance. We assumed there was a fault and an engineer deemed that it was unuseable and agreed that it should be replaced. The 2nd appliance did exactly the same thing, the engineer who came on this occasion could find no evidence of any heating element, that would warm the wine. He tried to speak to Samsung engineers for technical advice but no one was available to help and as a consequence the appliance was returned for a cash refund. It is entirely unsuitable for red wine. Samsung were most unhelpful and due to their attitude and this experience I will not purchase another Samsung product -a company which in the past I assumed to be a worldwide leader in electrical appliances! Do not buy it!
