I Have Had To Return 2 Machines As They Leaked. S
I have had to return 2 machines as they leaked. Since then I sent back the third one three times and it still leaks. Krups since I telephoned have removed their number from the WEBSITE. Their is only one contact route which does not get answered.
Sadly when working the coffee is good however the product is very poor and customer services would have made the Soviet Union proud.My experience would suggest buying a Krups product is a very bad idea.
I would have liked to know how good customer service are dealing with problems had I known I would never have purchased this product.
