Gaggia Evolution Espresso

Despite the ready availability of telephone support and a return to base repair I am not looking to replace this with another Gaggia. It cost a fair few quid some years ago and surprise surprise, once out of warranty it stopped working - the steamer worked, but no water could be passed through the coffee.

We have hard water, and yes I treated it accordingly and on a regular basis. Gaggia even fixed it FoC as it was only just out of warranty with the caveat that if the problem was caused by scale, they'd charge. They didn't because it wasn't scale causing the fault.

Now it's gone wrong again and I'm looking for another make and prepared to pay for the quality I need - the machine is used pretty well every day. Maybe Bosch have one... thier irons automatically descale. Bye for now!
