Braun Tassimo Freshly Brewed Hot Drinks Machine

This machine produces nice hot drinks however for a standard cup size which are sold in most shops the cup will overflow every single time pouring hot drink all over your hand and sideboard.if you were to use an extra large cup then it's too big too fit in the cup holder and an even smaller cup you would end up with even more of your drink all over the kitchen so really useless unless you enjoy drinking hot drinks from your kitchen worktop.

I purchased the top of the range Tassimo today and paid £140 for the pleasure of watching it make 2 cups of coffee before it decided that was enough and that i had my monies worth.It does not want to switch on and i feel there must be a loose connection as it flickers before going silent.Its a total joke as Currys will find out tomorrow morning when i get my refund.Makes Costa look like a give away.

Was given one of these horrible things for Christmas, how do I ask my better half to take it back and get a proper coffee machine

POOR SERVISE IS NO REPLY TO 6 EMAILS FINALLY RANG THERE PREMIUM NUMBER TO SORT IT OUT BUT GAVE UP HOLDING AFTER 15 MIN IF THEY MAKE A MISSTAKE DONT EXSPECT THEM TO RECTIFY IT.

I've owned this machine for a little over 2 years and it produces excellent quality drinks and coffee in particular. It does seem to suffer from 'random' glitches where it wont read a disc but turning it on and off usually cures this ailment. Overall, I am not sure if i would buy another one due to the noise and bulky nature of the machine but I am enjoying it while I have it.

Feb. 10-12 called to let Tassimo that the paRt that reads the bar code was fogging over. Arranged to have a new one shipped and when it came Mar.11-12, it was the wrong colour. Sent it back two days later. After "Many" calls and being left on hold for 10-20 min. each time the new machine arrived May. 23. The noise that this one makes is very loud and today the disc exploded, what a mess. Called again today....25min. on the phone only to be told "Superviser is busy". THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WITHIN 48 HRS. HELP!

Just after a couple of years our machine started to lick and trip our electrics as well :-(((( Rang Tassimo customer care and they weren't helpful at all all they said i should descale it, how can i yet it trips my electris everytime i turn it on and i was told to purchase another one after spending £135.00 2 years back. My mum purchased one after us and has had to send it back because of various issues :-((( Having researched more about Tassimo, we aren't the only ones who suffer from this and it is an on going problem with Tassimo coffee machines. We wont be buying another one and we would not recommend it to anyone not good value for money. Not a happy bunny :-(((((

I have had one of these for several years and overall I am pleased, however the discs are a little bit on the expensive side. My machine sometimes will not say it is ready and I have to turn it off at the wall and on again, never really got to the bottom of it. A bit bulky on the kitchen worktop but the quality of the drinks it produces is second to none, better that Starbucks or anything like that. You can import a range of discs for it from germany via ebay or amazon, all sorts of obscure discs that you cannot get here like cafe haag (my favourite) and some of the more obscure hot chocolate drinks that have 2 disc solutions. Great when your friends come round. Coffee snobs will like.

Just out of warranty, the water level sensor of this Braun/Tassimo machine failed to turn off the boiler when the reservoir ran low, resulting in internal overheated. Coffee now has a burned rubber smell (and probably taste too!) so is undrinkable. Braun/Kraft not interested - put me in touch with a repairer at my expense. I'll be saving my money and buying a proper machine from another manufacturer - if such a thing exists.

had the machine 2 years and love the easy way it makes coffee the pods are very expensive if you drink a lot of coffee mine is very leaky in fact it is now pouring out of the overflow this must be a very bad fault you cant even find where the water is coming from, and if there is a blockage somewhere i fact i am worried it could be dangerous
