I purchased the Red 4 Slice Accent Toaster.
Good Quality - Solid feel. Looks great, the red is lovely and shiny.
Has a reheat button - although i've never actually had to use it as i'm always hovering over my toast waiting. Also has a button to select if you are cooking your toast from frozen, this seems to put the toast on low heat to defrost then higher heat to toast. I've found that it works well but the toast does seem to go cold very quickly when done from frozen (not sure that that is a fault with the toaster as much as what happens when you cook bread from frozen). Also has a cancel button which is handy for those times when someone has turned it up higher than you normally use yourself and you haven't noticed. Dial shows no's 1 to 9 for browning. So as you can imagine there is a vast range to suit everyone and this is the first toaster I have ever owned where i don't have to toast twice to get it to the almost burn state my father enjoys. Level one is just white crisp bread, 3 is light golden brown, 9 is v.v.v. well done (with what i call black burnt bits!). So it caters for all tastes. Good high lift for removing toast and it actually jumps really high when it finishes if you like the challange of trying to catch your toast as it pops up !!
You can set 2 slices to one browning and set the other 2 slices to another. I have struggled to get some larger slices into the toaster fully (have to put them in upright and they can stick out the top and therefore the top edge doesn't get toasted), but very few loaves are too large.
Have used it for hot cross buns/tea cakes etc. also does these very well, and they fit in fine.
Overall a great looking, solid toaster. I would recommend it (infact my mum loves it so much that she is going to get one - that'll please my dad too) - prices vary, i got £10 off at Tesco's in November paying £39.99 and that certainly was money well spent. I seen others in the £40-50 price range and they have looked and felt really cheap.
