Kenwood TT330 4-Slice Toaster

i bought a kenwood toaster (4 slice). it stopped working after 3 months!! imagine English company, toast lovers and can't make a decent toaster work for more than 3 months!! I sent it to their authorised service center - JEEVS SUPPORT SERVICES. They say they can not repair the toaster! They do not have a proper tool for it! Is it a rocket or an aeroplane that they can not repair it?? Shocking!

I've had 2 TT330 's in 2 weeks - the first just stopped working on one side and the second just kept switching off after 10 seconds or so. Rubbish toaster.

My mrs bought this 2 years ago as we needed a 4 slice toaster. Quite expensive too even though it is impossible to dismantle and clean properly. It has now given up the ghost due to inferior connections to the heating elements.
