This cooker/microwave was sold to us 10 years or so ago as a very versatile time and energy saving device. The oven has proved as good as the recommendation and has continued to perform all the functions it promises, achieving the enviable status of doing 'exactly what it says on the tin'. It should be said that the oven is a sophisticated device and requires an experienced cook to take full advantage of all it has to offer. The oven achieves all of its functional aims easily and over the many years we have had it has never failed to please. My pre purchase information came from a user of the device so there were no unwanted surprises.

I changed the light in my microwave.

Honestly I had to dismantle the oven into 1000 bits before I get access to change the light cavity and the question comes to my head what sort of brain thought to do the design, what was he thinking. Brain full of s*$"e.

I would have expected better for the money spent. Oven should not have to go back to manufacturer just to have oven cavity lamp replaced.

I find the Neff B7740N0GB extremely easy to use. A temperature conversion chart in the handbook would be helpful as I tend to use the hot air feature most of the time but apart from that I find it absolutely great. I enjoy cooking again!
