Neff B6784 100

I have owned this product for 2 years 3 months and tomorrow it will be fitted with its third stirrer (which distributes the microvaves around the oven) in the roof,the last was fitted 6 months ago whilst in warranty but this apparently is no longer covered and i have to pay another £166.00 for the third one fitted.I'm not sure if i have a one off bad machine but i reckon it will cost me at least £100 a year to keep replacing the faulty product if the next stirrer lasts longer than 6 months i will up my star rating but at the moment it's impossible especially with the quality of customer care who think that this exceptable

Fan is excessively noisy with a high pitched whine that goes on for up to 1 hour after cooking. It even goes on for over 30 minutes after grilling for 3 minutes. NEFF say this is ok & we will have to put up with it.
