Instruction manual did not give enough info to be able to use combination cooking which I had used frequently with previous microwave. Curry's didn't want to know - said that was all the info it came with. Door becam annoyingly sticky and difficult to open. Now 16 months old and the microwave has just packed in completely leaving me with oven and grill. Again curry's simply said it would cost me as much to get it fixed - should have bought their guarantee and which model would I like now! Grrrr!

Had this microwave oven for a month when the microwave stopped heating, had it exchanged for the same model and another month later realised the outer cover of the door was separating from the inner part, resulting in the door sticking when being opened. Exchanged again for a completely different make and model.
