Cookworks Microwave Oven EM820CFD-PM

Bought a COOKWORKS MICRO from Argos short while back have only been able to use it a few times as it doesn't exhaust the steam from inside so after a short time it fills with condensed steam and fill the bottom then runs out around worktop,the painted surface inside under the turntable has large bubbles of paint filled with water this is totally dangerous and I cannot understand how it got past quality control in the factory,the only reason it was not returned to Argos is because the receipt has been mislead.
