Baumatic BTM25.2M

we bought this microwave combi oven as part of a new kitchen package, every appliance by baumatic. an engineer had to attend as the door release had become "stuck in". the oven has become hit and miss for it to work. engineer called to attend, informed us that "replacement parts are unavailable". we are waiting to see if the oven is going to be replaced and with what. there are 18 baumatic microwave ovens that have become "discontinued". not impressed with baumatic. the fridge/freezer supplied was to be "frost free",not so. the washer drier had to have a new waste pipe fitted, soap suds coming out of the soap dispessor drawer, local agent suggested we use a different brand of soap and half the usual amount. all this and only 18 old.

I Purchased this product and from the moment it was switched on it did not work as it should, the control buttons are inside the door so you cannot make any cooking adjustments without opening the door. This is a bad design and i wish i had purchased a different model.
