Cannon C60GCW

Owned this cooker for near on 3 years and the clicking in the oven will not stop even after the oven ignites. It only started after the cooker was moved and it will not stop. Now I am online looking for a new cooker - DEFFO NOT a Cannon Chesterfield. ;( Very unhappy customer.

This chesterfield cooker is totally rubbish. Never buy this. The engineer visited 3 times repaired it but still the same problem. The Hotpoint and Indesit service team is useless. I'm so annoyed and if I phone them they don't listen at all. TOTALLY RUBBISH APPLIANCE AND SERVICE

NEVER BUY

This is my second model (the first being a Chesterfield which has now been replaced with the Carrick). Both models have the same intermittent fault - the top oven going out within 10 minutes of lighting - needless to say never on an engineer visit. The Chesterfield was finally scrapped after numerous visits and I now regret replacing it with another Cannon. Looks as though I will have to have the same number of visits until this cooker is scrapped. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

The top oven on my Cannon C60GCW either would not light or when lit would not stay alight, 3 visits from the engineer did not help, Cannon have been totally unhelpful. After involving the retailer they said they would replace it. Twice they cancelled on the day booked, the third time they cancelled due to illness and rebooked for a day they don't deliver to my area. They booked the engineer without the delivery or vice versa. It's now going back to the shop.

The cooker would have been fine if it had worked properly, but I have never come across such shambolic customer services, so I would not recommend Cannon gas products!
