LG Electronics LRE30451SB self cleaning range

Dies constantly with F-1 code, must fix constantly. Never works correctly after self-clean making feature virtually worthless. Extremely expensive to repair and buy parts for, no support from LG must find local support to service (again very expensive).

Never buying LG again, EVER.

Bought in 2007. Had problems with the display and burners from the start. Had to keep unplugging it all the time. Had new electronic panel replaced in July 2010 to the tune of $500.00. The oven will not heat now. Called LG to complain and they will not do anything about it. I will not buy another LG product ever. Also purchased a washer and dryer. Had to have the electronic panel on the dryer replaced after 3 months.

digital panel quits working on a random basis. have to play with leads to get it to work. Self clean is not very good, leaves grease on glass and actually burned the blue interior off bottom. Glass top marks easily and I take very good care of mine. Had an old glass top range that never scratched like this. Cheap products and paint used on upper panel above range, if a pot is too close to panel will take the paint off, everything scratches that panel. A young stove looks like it's been around for 20 years. It is so cheaply made it's disgusting. Would never, ever buy LG again. I wish I had known about the digital panel and how poorly it works before I had bought it.

I have this same range and it is a pile. The knobs broke within two months and the customer service department informed me that knobs are warranteed for 30 days.

Really?

Pile and I'm disgusted with their customer service. I received the very same runaround the previous commenter mentioned.

I only had this range for a little over a year and it hust stop working W have been calling LG for 3 weeks and have been getting the runs around please go with another company people or you will regret it like I am now. All my money for this range and I can't get any help. The oven no longer works at all ane the top only works on high. What a waste of money.I was told via emails that I could not be helped and by phone that I could but no results
