Hotpoint GW38G

Last year the glass lid on my cooker just shattered after I had cleaned it, the glass went all over the kitchen but luckily we were in another room. and today opened my oven door and that just shattered too, the oven hadn't been on so was cold and I didn't even touch it, have seen other reviews off people that have had the same thing happen to them, but hotpoint don't seem to think there is a problem. Getting rid of mine now and would never buy another hotpoint cooker the glass is dangerous.
