Falcon Traditions 1092

The after sales service for my falcon 1092 is the worse I have ever come across. My cooker was delivered and instantly the installer saw that it was faulty.It took from delivery in June till January the following year to provide me with a cooker that worked properly. Amongst other things, the company didn't tell me that the factory was closing down for annual holidays, repeatedly told me that the parts were in the post when they were not, were rude, gave me a delivery date for a replacement without actioning providing a replacement, so had nothing to deliver when they promised, played fast and loose when I tried to get compensation for the delay and altogether this behaviour and lack of care once they had a considerable sum of money from me took any pleasure out of using the cooker that I have. I would never deal with them again. It was appalling.

I am giving Falcon/Range Cookers one star for service only because this rating system won't accept zero, and doesn't supply negatives!
