Falcon Professional Plus

our cooker is now a couple of years old it cost us 4000 euros, the quality is abysmal, since we bought it the spark ignition has stopped working twice, the ignition never works when the oven is hot, we never did get pan supports without edges so sharp that they cut your fingers when cleaning, the thermostat is 20 degrees out on the ovens,the "stainless steel" handles are going rusty and the "chrome" on the control knobs turned out to be plastic and is coming of leaving sharp edges..

We would never buy falcon again

Actually very happy with my falcon professional plus and have had no trouble so far. The two things I were most worried about were the time for the ovens to heat up (electric fan) and how low the gas rings would go (as the maximum power for each was specified but not the minimum).

For the ovens they seem to get up to 180 in under 10 mins. For the rings they go easily low enough for a gentle simmer on all but the wok burner
