great looking machine but you cant use it unless you open the door and its always flashing which drives me mad. I wish i had gone for a Neff model and paid a bit more

Baumatic after sales is absolutely rubbish. We broke the thermostatic control knob due to an accident (our fault) and it took nearly 8 weeks to get it fixed. We were told that spares would take about a week. We were then told that they were on a container due to arrive by the end of the month (one spare arrived but not what was required to do the job). After about 6 weeks we were told that all the spares were on a container but that we could not book an appointment until they had arrived and been checked. Another delay.

I am tired of poor communication between Baumatic UK and the factory. I am tired of being without a cooker. I never want to deal with Baumatic again and would never buy another appliance from them.
