Hob Features A Fast Heat Ring Which Works Very Wel
Hob features a fast heat ring which works very well. All rings respond quickly when I reduce yhe heat, so avoiding the pans boiling over.
Both ovens work well =- the main fan oven cooks extremely fast - as expected.
The top over which doubles as a grill also cooks fast.
We have owned this oven from new for 7 years and just recently the main oven thermostat and the fan element but they were both cheap to buy a replacement for on ebay and easy to fit.
The oven is mostly self cleaning - the hob is easy to clean and the ovens just need the door wiping and the base wiping (if neccessary) after each use to keep them clean.
I haven't ever used the defrost function so can't comment on that.
The delay start timer and countdown timer are both easy to use and very useful.
Q&A
The lower oven door came off during cleaning. I don't know how, my daughter did it. The hinge bits with the holes in on the door are fine and not bent. The pins to hook the door on attached to the cooker are in equally good condition. I am not as flexible as I used to be and I am having trouble getting the door back on. Any advice?
