Palson PAL30620

I originally purchased the Palson PAL30620 as I wanted to bake gluten free bread. Living in Lanzarote I had 2 makes to choose from. Neither of them had any reviews that I could find, so it was hit or miss. i picked the one with easy to follow instructions partly due to never having owned a bread maker before. i can't fault it with the mixing and kneading , in fact i tend to use it just for that when baking ordinary wheat bread and bake it in the oven, which defeats the purpose of buying the machine in the first place. i use this machine now solely for baking my gluten free , the fact that it turns out white or very crusty, i can put up with as it is only for me. but i'm disappointed that i cannot bake a good normal loaf , a nuisance when your pushed for time.At 96 euro's it aint cheap either.
