Very Disappointing, Think The Crust Gets Rock Hard
Very disappointing, think the crust gets rock hard because the element is next to the bread pan so gets very hot, would be better if it had a cover round it. The bread is a heck of a job to get out because the kneading blade drops down and stays in the bread, plus the loaf is an odd shape, tall and not very long.
