The Bifinett Kh 1170 For The Price Is An Excellent

The Bifinett KH 1170 for the price is an excellent buy. French white loaf , Perfect bread, to feel ,to smell and to cut. First loaf attempted ( Wrights Ciabatta Bread Mix) did not rise. In our previous two machine's No Problems. Double paddles mean double holes in base of loaf.

If you bake more than once a week, buy a more expensive.

For only once and a while baking, this is a good machine.

Not A Bad Little Machine. Normally I Have Always B

Not a bad little machine. Normally I have always baked my own bread the traditional way, but decided to give a breadmaker a chance. It certainly saves a lot of kneading and manipulating dough. All you do is throw in the ingredients, set the settings for how you want your bread, then walk away and wait for it to beep at you. There is very little mess either. When I first used it, I spent two days trying to decipher the instructions. but having done that, and tried it out a few times, I found that the machine produces bread every bit as good as I used to make before. I am told that it is also good for preparing dough for pizzas, and cake dough (with or without yeast). It took me a while to work out that it is best to remove the paddles at a certain time, or put up with two fairly small holes in the bottom of your loaf.

Now and then I set the timer to make hot bread for breakfast, which sets the appetite off nice and early (not good if you are on a diet).

Over all I would say that this was a good investment, and would recommend it to anyone that likes fresh bread but cant be bothered to spend hours in the kitchen.
