Vax W86-DP-R Dual Power Reach Carpet Cleaner

I bought this cleaner from argos and started using straight away after fully reading the instruction. i must say the cleaning results were fantastic but i had only been using it for about 10 minutes when the brushes stopped turning. i checked for anything caught in them (like it tells you) then checked the belt (like it tells you) when i took off the cover the belt was melted and jammed in the plastic reel which was also melted and completely stuck. i took it back to shop the same day and got a new one. i got exactly the same hoover, this one had opened and checked stickers all over the box. i started using it and after about 5 minutes i could smell burning so i opened the cover to check the belt again and it was starting to melt, in the same place as previous hoover. i then took this one back and got the dual power W86-DP-B model. set it all up to find it does not click in to place when you stand it upright so it just falls over, and so i will be returning this one aswell. and will not be purchasing another vax.
