Vax V-2000c C87-vc-b Bagless

Purchased the Vax V-2000C in the sale from Argos today (12 August 2013) for half price of £54.99. As soon as I set up the item and used it. The fuse blew. We changed the fuse three times and it tripped out the fuse box and damaged the outside transformer. I had to get an electrician at a cost which was more than the vacuum and he indicated that it was faulty and tripping out the fuse box. I have a Dyson and have never bought a Vax and just needed it for the car. It is a dangerous item and should not be sold. I shall be returning it tomorrow and I shall go to Makro and purchase a Henry vacuum for the car. He tested the fuses and they were okay, and he plugged the vacuum into five different sockets and it tripped out the fuse box.

There must be something wrong with your supply, read my review on Amazon. This is an excellent vacuum cleaner...
