This Upright Model Includes Just A Hose Extension
This upright model includes just a hose extension tube with crevice
tool - no other basic tools? Vax confirm that this is correct: you are thus unable to clean stair carpets. No problem if you have a bungalow!
They offer a separate Turbo tool to resolve this problem. This will cost an extra £17.99 excluding delivery. Apparently this essential item is only included with their P2P model therefore you should only buy that machine
There was no prior mention of this shortcoming when bought at Argos.
