Vax Centrix 2 Pets

We got given this hoover for a replacement from my old blue vax as they could not repair it which i loved.This new one is horrible its very loud my neighbours complain to me. I dont like how its made the handle feels like its going to break .Its been like this since the day i received it.I will never buy a vax make hoover again i have only had 2.

Unusually complicated assembly from new (especially as I have arthritis), lead too short (always unplugging round house and too short for stairs), Hose is too short and inflexible (and awkward to fit in order to use it).When emptying dust container the main filter falls off (as no integral fixings)and has to be picked out of dirt container and refitted each time (very messy).Fixing top back on dirt container very fiddly. On/off switch awkward to reach.Only good point is it does hoover effectively.

Needed for heavy use (4 dogs)- therefore I Would not buy again.
