Worst Purchase Ever
I bought 2 VAX C90-P1-H-E vacuums at the same time. Being disabled I wanted 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. They are very light models and are ideal for me to move around.
There seems to be a fault with the filter design. I use my vacuums for normal housework.I have no children, vacuum daily, and consider the amount of dust collected to be very light. However, after approx 10 minutes use with a clean filter the red light comes on to say that the filter is clogged. If I do not clean it immediately the vacuum cuts out for an hour before it can be re-used.
This is totally unacceptable. I spend more time cleaning the filter than actually vacuuming the floor. After brushing the filter clean for 2 occasions I then wash it and let it dry for 24 hours. I have followed the manufacturers instructions fully.
I would not recommend this model to anyone, and wish that I had not wasted my money on one of these models, never mind 2 !!
