C90-PM-B Power Midi, there is no scent this is a con. I only borough this vax on 20.7.2011 at i have had several replacement parts sent and the hover still don’t work. The customer service also can not take simple delivery instruction to deliver to my work place and they delivered to my home address on two occasions even when I requested for them not to. My hover is still not working. When I rang to complaint about the NOT GOOD service and products, the customer service advisor said i was unreasonable. Of course I am being unreasonable, I wasted my money on a VAX Hover that NOT GOOD HOVER. People can always say you are being unreasonable when they are not going through it, and did spend their money. I brought this hover from comet and would like comet for vax to give me back my money and remove there 2 hovers from my flat. What a load of junk. Stick with dyson folk’s trust me not VAX.

"Deeply dissapointing"

Almost instantly it started clogging up after a very short space of time is use

we only have one dog and an average sized 3 bedroom house so it certainly isn't over worked.

within two months both rotory heads broke and were rendered useless,

we seem to spend more time cleaning it out than actually using it.

We're that fed up we're buying another vacuum.
