Heavy and awkward. Appalling customer service. Sebo blame the failings of their equipment on the customer's inability to use the vacuum adequately! Can't imagine how my Vorwerk lasted from 1989 to 2012 if I'm so incapable.

Thank goodness John Lewis honour the guarantee. There will be no future Sebo product for my floors.

The Sebo Felix Pet is the best vacuum cleaner we have ever owned, It does exactly what it says on the tin and continues to perform to a consistantly hight standard on ANY floor coverings that it comes accross, its reasonably quiet compared to previous machines I have had.

The different heads make cleaning any floor easy and your floor looks really clean when you have finished, unlike my previous 3 Dysons that always seemed to leave debris behind.!!!!!

The machine also doubles up as a cylinder machine by removing the motor head, this is brilliant for cleaning stairs and the car too!!!

I cant rate this product high enough, in my opinion it deserves 10 not 5.

Well done Mr Sebo for a fantastic cleaner thats full of the quality you would expect from a German machine.

Thumbs down Mr Dyson with your Malaysian plastic, you can keep your bagless machines as I love my Sebo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have owned it for just over a month now, great little vaccum!

Have noticed much less dust on the mirrors so it actually picks up all the dust but the bag replacement indicator still shows an almost empty bag (they are quite big). This means that besides the manufacturer's claim of energy efficiency you will also not need to replace bags too often.

So despite the initial high cost it should be cheap to run saving money long term.

The head swivels brilliantly and you can get into most corners. For the ones I can't reach I just pull out the tube on the side. It also lies flat on the floor making under sofa/bed cleaning a doodle.

Haven't even tried the other head that comes with it and other tools yet.

It's just so thought through and well designed that I'm convinced it saves time doing the hated housework.

Although I haven't tried it yet you can take the foot off and use it in the car. Check the company website to see what I mean.

We are well pleased with the Sebo Felix Pet in our first month and can well understand the dealers claim that they are better made than the Dyson. Super at cleaning carpets with great suction. Change heads to clean laminate floor and is also very efficient.
