Miele Hardfloor

I bought this vacuum following Which best buy recommendations. I have been a loyal fan of Miele but this vacuum has had some problems and I have been trying to sort these out with Miele since Nov 2012. I am disgusted at their customer service and how they have time and time again tried to make me out to be wrong or a liar. I will never buy Miele again. This has also made me lose confidence in Which and I feel unable to trust their best buys. I have kept all email correspondence and filmed the problem before sending the vacuum into them as I suspected they would be underhand and claim there was nothing wrong which is exactly what they did. This is a really underhand tactic of a well known and high end brand and I am shocked at the stance they have taken. They now appear to be ignoring my emails. I purchased the vacuum in good faith and had no idea I would be treated so poorly. I have looked up other Miele reviews and the lack of customer service seems to be a common theme.

Main problems:

1 - hose very stiff to remove which Miele assured me would loosen over time. Been a year and still stiff as ever. They just wouldn't accept it's a faulty part.

2- connectors such as stairbrush , nozzles always fall out of the nozzleholder

3 - lid is very flimsy

4 - matter never resolved satisfactorily and they just stopped answering my emails which is unbelievable for a brand as big as this.
