This Product Is Not Fit For Purpose As The Nozzle
This product is not fit for purpose as the nozzle keeps getting stuck on the carpet. Furthermore Hoover were totally unsympathetic and unprepared to exchange. It was purchased from Comet who although sympathetic on the help desk were equally unprepared to offer any tangible assistance.
