Bought At Comet ,irvine Store 25/04/09 Disintegrat
bought at comet ,irvine store 25/04/09 disintegrated
07/07/09.engineer to comet10/07/09 require spares will be
ready 17/07/09.not ready,engineer to store20/07/09 will be
repaired.not repaired taken back to factory will require a
another week for spares to come at least,therefor i may
get it back by the 28th possibly.we have a pet and this
was why we bought the hoover sl8123.no refund or replacement will
be forthcoming according to comet & hoover.
if i had known comet's policy i would have gone to tesco
they replace faulty goods at the time of returning.
