I hate this hoover. I bought a 'Hoover' as expected good things from this company but I'm afraid that I like nothing about this hoover it's totally useless. Dust doesn't get to where it's supposed to be as it just gets stuck in the pipe. I will never buy anything from 'Hoover' again.

Purchased This Hoover Pro Stair Vacuum Cleaner As
Purchased this Hoover Pro Stair vacuum cleaner as I assumed that Hoover made good products. After about 6 months it started cutting out after about 15 minutes. Since you have to wait 30 minutes before it started again it took a whole day to clean the house. Unfortunately by the time I got round to phoning Hoover the product was a few days over the guarantee. I assumed that I wasn't cleaning the filters properly, so I started washing all of them after each vacuum. I am now looking for a new vacuum cleaner as it has started cutting out after several minutes and makes an awful sound while it is working. Useless product.
