The Hoover HU4197 is the worst hoover were ever had,belts only last about two weeks n then they snap,given up on it now as could have bought another vacuum cleaner by now with the price off the belts

The Hoover HU4197 does not appear to me to be very well made, cable not long enough for general vacuuming, two drive belts snapped within one month of purchase.
Only lasted for 6 weeks.
were bought one too n have had exactly the same problem with the belts,were even taken it back to the shop but they wernt intrested as the belts arnt guarenteed,had 5 so far but not waisting money buying anymore
