Hoover DM4484

I purchased this machine, very disappointed. Both my daughter and I have long hair and the machine becomes clogged quickly and regularly. When we use the hose for cleaning the suction is poor and it topples over very easily. I rang the engineer who agreed that the machine does run hot and showed me how to stop the machine from toppling over - however, it still runs very hot and topples over - so no joy there! I have since been out and bought a Dyson, which is an excellent machine - I will never buy another Hoover hoover!

I'm planning on dropping this rubbish piece of machinery back to their head office in Cardiff. When he came to service it the engineer himself said that loads of customers had experienced the same problem of the unit overheating as the second filter wasn't being cleaned (because no-one can find it!).

I will never allow another Hoover or Candy product anywhere near my house (or business) - Rubbish product and rubbish customer service!
