Better And Cheaper Stuff Out There.

I have several different vacuums for different purposes and this one is by far the worst I have ever owned. Made with cheap plastic parts on the floor and wand selector switch. This part has broken on three different times under normal use and then you're faced with an exorbitant handling charge for the replacement vacuum. I got fed up and finally emailed them asking for just the replacement part which I would put in myself, they said they would send it out and I never got it. In addition, you get free bags for life but you must pay for shipping and handling which means you get three bags for eight dollars plus which is more than bags cost you at Walmart. The vacuum itself does OK on carpet and pet hair but my Hoover/Dyson knock off does twice asgood and only cost $59 new. Don't waste your money on the Garry!

Fantastic !!!

I have owned a GARRY vacuum since around 2009. After 5 years, I had a suction issue. The GARRY folks replaced it per their warranty. I use this vacuum DAILY in my cleaning business and I couldn't have made a better choice ! I had a small issue with the steam cleaner when the hose got kinked but it is still up and running and I have gone through 3 ( three ! ) Shark steamers. I LOVE IT !!! It is light and easy to carry and it picks EVERYTHING up off a bare hardwood floor !!! Thanks GARRY !

Mostly Yes.

I have had the Garry vac. for two years. No break downs & no major issues. It works about like it was advertised for me. The automatic height adjustment makes it a little hard to push if I don't use the right angle, but that's suppose to be common with that feature. I am careful not to pick up anything it's not suppose to. It's got average noise level. It works just fine for me. Picks up cat litter, & the likes like a breeze. I don't understand the bad reviews it gets unless I got a good one. It picks up what I can see in one pass usually. The best vac. I ever owned was a Hoover self propelled bagged wind tunnel, but this one seems to vacuum about as well.

Do Not Buy A Garry Vacuum. This Is The Bigest Hunk

DO NOT BUY A GARRY VACUUM. This is the bigest hunk of junk I have ever seen. You pay good money to begin with and the vacuum doesn't last anytime at all. They will send you another one for $50.00 shipping and handling and you have to pay to ship the broken one to them, about $30.00. WHAT A RIP OFF and a huge SCAM. NEVER will I deal with GARRY again. DO yourself a huge favor and buy anything else. GARRY you should be ashamed to sell such a cheap made pice of garbage.
