Electrolux Z5401

I brought this to replace an old Henry and needed a cleaner that was good with dog hair as we have to Borber Collies. Had it 6 weeks and have had to replace the belt twice (they give you a spare, but had to buy another0 Although it picks up the hair ok it is very difficult to use. The attachments are always falling off so I have removed them. It has a very long lead but I am forever falling over it. It is heavy and as I am disabled I have great difficulty it getting it up and down the stairs, I have to lift it one stair at a time. The container that houses the dirt, hair etc is very difficult to empty, and to try and put it back together is a task in it's self, you realy have to bang it back together. All in all this was not the best purchase I have ever made.
