Bosch BX32100GB

After only a couple of years use we have thrown it away. The filters needed frequent cleaning, it blocked up very easily and the final straw was the plastic clip holding the dust collector breaking, probably due to the constant opening up to clean it. I have had many good Bosch tools in the past but I doubt if I will go for Bosch in the future for anything.

This is a terrible product. 1. it's blatantly a gimmicky cyclone-style cleaner that's a shameless copy of a Dyson. 2. it blocks up, all the time. 3. cleaning it is an absolute nightmare, you have to take the hose off the cleaner and pull whatever it is out before re assembling it, the hose attachemnt has now broken, because it's thin plastic. 4. The filters block, because the cyclone system basically doesnt work, all the dirt ends up on a filter about 15cm by 3cm, and this blocks. Overall it does work as a vacuum cleaner provided you stop every 10 minutes to clean it out, however this puts loads of dirt all over the floor, and the cycle repeats.

Have sent my Bosch BX32100GB back once and got a replacement. Pretty disappointed and will be sending this one back hopefully for a refund before buying a dyson instead.
