Bissel Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum Cleaner

I have cats so I purchased this vacuum cleaner which was on offer and included a hand-held smaller cleaner. It is a bagless design and comes with a range of attachments, all of which click into the body of the cleaner. The suction is good and the machine picks up okay and it has an adjustable head height for different floor surfaces. It does collect pet hair very well but has failings in other areas.

The cleaner has some down sides: it's not light; the upholstery brush is very poor quality and fell apart quickly; there is no crevice tool as standard and it is listed as an extra which you must purchase; the rotary brush turns constantly even when upright which makes doing the stairs interesting.

Overall, okay but it has quite a narrow use for pet hair and lacks as a general household cleaner because of the omission of a crevice tool and poor quality upholstery tool. But I did get it for a good price so I'm not too miffed.
