Not Happy At All

Well I have tryed very hard with this steamer because of the price I did phone the help line when I could find the number, I told them I thought it had a fault it just keeped flooding every where hardly any steam at all I was told to dran it before uses but it still made the floor wet, they wouldn't take it back they said that nothing was wrong, it made my floor wetter than a mop, wast of money it's going in the bin I just bought a new vax steam cleaner that has very good reviews.

The Second Polti Cleaner I Have Bought

My brilliant Polti Lecologico lasted nearly ten years, and when it wore out I bought the Vaporetto. The on/of switched failed soon after purchase I had no trouble contacting them, and Polti were extremely helpful. Polti sent a courier to pick up the cleaner, repaired it and returned it by Courier. It is the only cleaner that retains all the dust in the cleaner's receptacle and does not puff dust around the house as it cleans! Ideal for asthmatics or people with allergies. I am not happy with the brush supplied to steam clean carpets, it is so stiff I cannot push it back or forward. Polti told me to rub it on concrete to ease it, but that does not work either, Thankfully I kept the tools from my old Polti. I would not want to go back to using any other kind of cleaner. It is astonishing to see the amount of dirt that collects in the tank after a clean when the floors are not ever heavily soiled.

Broke On The Fourth Time Of Using

bought this machine with the iron without doing full reseRch on it

However, once I understood all the attChments it seemed excellent for vacuu, ing, steMing and the iron wS brilliant.......

BUT the fourth time I started to use the vacuum part it stopped working.

The after sales service was appalling it took 8 weeks to repair. My complaint letter was ignored by Polti and Halifac credit card company would not support my complaint as payment was made via paypal.

I would never ever recommend Polti to anyone. Having paid nearly GBP700 I guess I have more money than sense.

I agree 100% with this review, the after sales is non existent and Trading Standards should be informed... My repair (not repaired, came back the same) cost me £70 on top of the £400 paid originally for the machine. Too late for me to complain to Trading Standards.... Absolutely Disgraceful

Hey ZQFMBG Thanks for the kind words about my comic. I always love to hear plpeoe saying they enjoy it.As far as The Walking Dead goes, what you're seeing on Netflix is the first season. It was short because it was kind of an experiment. The network didn't know if it would work, so they gave it six episodes. It was a ratings monster, and got picked up for a second season almost immediately. We're watching the second season now, which is showing on AMC on Sundays at 9 Eastern. Tonight is the last episode of the first half of the season. They'll have a break for a couple of months, and then pick it up for the second half next year.
