Bought this when tow previous smaller hand held cleaners packed up after just a year. This one is far more efficient is wheeled, so no aching arms and comes with flexible hose plus several tools for floors, carpets, upholstery, crevices. I have bought extra brushes and cloths to use with the appliance.Will work using tap water but distilled water is better for regular usage. Throw out the other cleaning fluids in your cupboards and use less than a bucket of water to clean the kitchen, your cooker and the bathroom. saves both water and money spent on cleaning fluids.

It is a fantastic machine, very quick to set up, all the accessories you will need, does the job very well, floors, kitchen, freezer, bathroom, curtains, the list is endless, I haven't stopped cleaning since I got it.

Would definitely recommend.

Can't think of anything negative, maybe a water indicator, as its hard to judge when it needs refilled.
