Absolutely the best customer service & amazing products.

I cannot fault Beads Direct. My orders always arrive quickly and out of stock items are always immediately refunded with an email to let me know. They always have good offers on which is brilliant for me as I regularly buy from them and they have such a variety of products and there are plenty of free projects and videos for inspiration.The customer service team are always friendly and quick to help resolve any issues. I can send back anything I don't like for a refund. I'm so happy I found Beads Direct and their facebook group where staff are very active and involved.
