My wife and I are not happy with our IVA. We went to the CAB and they passed us on to a company on the IVA.COM site who charged us high fees and high monthly repayments. We found out that for the first two years nothing gets paid to our creditors and they didnt tell us about the 4 year clause and that we would have to re-mortgage our home hence making our IVA last 6 years not 5.

Our advice is to be very wary of all IVA companies and seek independant professional advice. Don't go to the CAB because it's clear they are passing people to these companies for either commission or funding.
