Seriously unprofessional company. When you call there is no need for you to speak as they presume everything about your business then are unwilling to change their minds. Speaking to them is more a vocalised wrestling match than a quote! Would it waste your time.

Do not buy from Motortradedirect them they took £500 and never returned it. Do do trust them and do not hand over your bank account details .. big mistake

Only been a few days since took my policy out telephone team were very helpfull and informative the first team member i spoke to listened to my needs and found a sutiable policy to suit me after explaing to him the problems i had had with my previous insurer he asured me i would have no problems like that with the underwriter that they had placed me with lets hope the service continues to be as has been so far

took out a motor trade policy with fresh insurance last year, called them on march 2015 to ad a vehicle to my policy, paid £10 for this to be done over the phone, and also sent an email for it to be done, received a letter from DVLA in June telling me I had been fined £50 for said vehicle being driven without insurance, called fresh to be told vehicle was insured, another letter in sept 15 saying fine was now £100, called fresh again to be told I never contacted them to put the vehicle on m insurance, after nearly £200 of calls and numerous emails back and forward to sort this out got £60 compensation to cover my grief, what a joke, almost everyone you speak to tells you one load of bull, never once did I get to speak to a manager to receive an apology, however did get an apology from three people I dealt with , I feel the only genuine ones were the woman's and poss one of the guys, was thinking about giving them second chance after dealing with her, then read company reviews and decided against, this could have been a court case and driving ban for me due to someone in fresh's negligence,i would recommend to stay clear but I will leave you to make your own decision, good luck if you do go with them.

I meant to say in my review that the woman that I dealt with in the end couldn't have done enough for me and got the matter in hand resolved, the other guy I got an apology from was very well mannered and also tried his best for me, the rest of the time was just getting fobbed off.

Motor trade insurance made difficult ! These people have absolutely no idea. In the end I had to call the insurer direct as Fresh ( Motor trade Direct ) cant even answer a phone !! I have lost a week of my life trying to give them different pieces of documentation only to find that their E-Mail went down and they lost them. It takes 15 minutes minimum for them to answer the phone and then the staff don't seem to understand and in one case just damn rude ! Honestly, avoid this lot at all costs

Unfortunately we had a critical issue with our email servers in August. This led to a higher than normal volume of calls. We strive to answer calls as quickly as possible and achieved a high call-answer in August despite the higher demand. We have a number of different ways we can be contacted - including social media via Facebook and Twitter if customers are facing difficulties with the traditional means of contact.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused during this time - our email servers are now fully functional and call volumes have returned to normal.

I have been in the motor trade for over 40 years and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this shower has absolutely no idea. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM unless you want to continually beat your head against a brick wall, no one that you speak to has any idea! I have not published this review anonymously.
