Exchanged the HP 5520 for this model because the 5520 would not scan to e-mail and it did not scan to my laptop after trying to put the software on my laptop,this model as well will not load to my laptop and as for the scanning on this model it's hit or miss when I want to scan a photo to my ipad2,it's taking ages to scan all my photos,I will not be buying any HP products again if this is what they build,where is the quality control on their products?
