“Piece of trash”

First of all, thing dont bring enough ink, after buy you sould buy black ink, then you cannot scan if you dont have both ink cartridges full and i have to say the cartridges are expensives on latinoamerica i dont know in usa. Cannon fail in this product .

“Printer which has Hormones”

A lot of mood swing issue with the printer. The printer works fine when he is in good mood. It not he is gonna give you a hard time. The printer won't connect to wifi when he is in bad mood. It's totally worth buying another printer even though you already bought this and can't return it anyore. Because each time when he is in bad mood. This MF is gonna waste your time.

“Terrible Printer”

So far have had the printer about a month, nothing but problems so far. The printer always cuts of at least a centimetre sometimes more of the right hand side when printing a landscape orientated page which is incredibly annoying. The printer constantly has "errors" which take means another trip through the mountains of paperwork to figure out what the issue is, this is happens more or less every day sometimes multiple times a day. The printer advertising suggests that the printer turns on automatically when you send something to print, this doesn't seem to be the case or perhaps I missed a setting in the screeds of paperwork. In any case this renders the wireless aspect almost completely pointless since you still have to go back and forth to get the machine on each time. This is also the noisiest printer I have ever used no good for working nights when other members of the family are sleeping. Complete waste of money.

“Do Not Buy This Rubbish”

Worst printer ever (despite hard-wire USB connection). Very poor interface with computer, poor advisory and no help from software. Ink, even non-proprietary, is expensive, and first cartridge not recognised, meaning days without ink it continues to feed paper when all ink gone. Attempted to print 2 sided, dragged plain sheets amongst printed copy, just as well I checked as it would have printed the wrong pages. I will never buy a canon printer (or digital camera) again. Whatever happened to a company that once had a good reputation? I miss my Epson...

“Aweful”

Agree with the other reviewer. This is printer is an absolute nightmare and waste of money. I cannot get this to print more than 2 pages before status goes 'offline' even though printer itself says its connected to WIFI. I finally hooked it up to a direct cable link. Again it Prints 2 pages and again back off line with documents in a queue again and no way to resume printing. No indication from the printer itself that something is wrong and the on-line manual is a complete waste of time so I end up in a cycle of switching everything off and starting again. Very poor Canon, I am not impressed.

I have had this printer for sometime now. Nothing but trouble. If you call Canon help line, they want to charge you a fee for assistance. If someone were to offer you this printer for free, or even if they offered you cas to take it, run, do not walk, but run in the other direction. Worst POS ever disguised as a printer..

“MG3000 Series - Terrible Unusable Instructions and...”

These printers just about works if you hitch them up with a hard cable and limit yourself to simple printing and never, ever change your Windows settings. Forget using them on Wifi. Forget using the scanner. Prepare for an hour-long wrestle with the worst documentation EVER if you have a query or change a setting. Just the right side of illegal. Just possibly usable if you are very tech-y and don't mind not getting all the functions they advertise before sale. They must hate their customers. Absolutely terrible. Avoid like the plague.
