I wish to raise a complaint about serving booze to outside parties from coaches by the pool area when there are people staying at the hotel with children.You upset me,wife and family including children.We couldn't get service with food and it was getting rowdy because of these people from outside flicking butts on the floor getting served 1st.We were paying guests! We stayed at room 4129 from 14/7/15 to 18/7/15.

I remind you that you are responsible for all problems that may arise from doing this just to make a quick buck,you are responsible not like your sign says by the pool that your not responsible!
