This hotel is a lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. They say that a housekeeper comes in twice a week. We have seen her but doesnt visit. The food is dreadful. You are invisible to the staff unless you are Russian. They come before everybody. They play english music but if a russian appears, the music is changed very quickly. The staff bow and scrape to the russians. About the food. Be prepared to not to eat it. There is plenty of rice and pasta, covered in tomato sauce. In fact everything is covered in tomato sauce. There are plenty of olives and manky cheese and meat. There is bread for the russians, no-one else. The food is boiled to the limit. Do take your own teabags, tea and coffee is made for those russians yet again. It could strip paint or creosote your fence. Be prepared to eat away from hotel. There are some good restaurants around. One being 'No name restaurant and the other fantasia. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Food is good at both. A bus (dolmus) runs past the hotel it costs 2 turkish lira each. This takes you into the main part of Marmaris. Plenty of good restaurants there and good shops. You will find with the hotel that you dont get information from them regarding Wifi, eating times, change of bedlinen and towels. In fact, you are totally ignored.
All in all, its a good place to go if you want to lose weight!!!!
