We have just returned from a 12 night stay at the Paradise beach and we could not fault this hotel at all!All the staff are friendly and helpfull. Yes the hotel is 70/30 split towards German guests but this did not spoil our holiday in anyway. The entertainment team are German and as we travelled with 2 young children they made our stay. If you are willing to take the time out and be courteous to people they will be the same with you. The animation team are excellent, the food was excellent, the location is excellent. We booked with Low Cost holidays and we had no problems what so ever. I would recommend staying at this hotel and also booking with Low Cost holidays. Portinatx is a little quiet but we hired a car from reception for a couple of days and travelled around Ibiza, we also used this to return back to the airport. All in all would go back tomorrow!
